Hi, I’m Sarah Jane! — a destination wedding photographer with a heart for laid-back luxury, storytelling, and capturing the moments that matter most.

Ten years ago, I photographed my very first wedding, not knowing it would lead me to a life of documenting extraordinary love stories across the globe. What started as a creative passion quickly became something much deeper — a calling to preserve fleeting, meaningful moments in a way that feels effortless, emotional, and artfully true to each couple I work with.

With a bachelor’s degree in photography and a lifelong love for all things creative — from painting and sewing to baking sourdough and exploring the outdoors — I bring inspiration from every corner of life into my work. My photography style is a thoughtful blend of elevated editorial portraiture and candid documentary storytelling, rooted in movement, emotion, and natural light. I aim to create images that feel alive, nostalgic, and timeless — photos that look and feel just as beautiful decades from now as they do today.

I specialize in all-inclusive collections for luxury destination weddings, offering digital and film photography, drone coverage, full-service media teams, and fine art albums — so everything is taken care of, beautifully and seamlessly. I’ve had the honor of capturing weddings in breathtaking locations like Italy, England, Greece, Scotland, Norway, and beyond, always with the intention of telling your story in a way that feels deeply personal, elevated, and full of soul.

On your wedding day, I bring a calm, confident, and joyful energy — the kind of presence that helps you feel fully at ease while trusting that every detail is being thoughtfully captured. I’m quick on my feet, great under pressure, and there to smooth veils, adjust timelines, and read the room — so you don’t have to worry about a thing. My role isn’t just to document your day, but to enhance it — to be a steady, happy presence who helps the entire experience feel smooth, meaningful, and even more magical.

Over the past eight years, I’ve become internationally recognized for my work, with features in British Vogue, Rocky Mountain Bride, Utah Bridal Magazine, and more. But the real honor? Creating photographs that genuinely reflect the heart of my couples, and turning memories into works of art that will be cherished for generations.

If you're dreaming of a photography experience that’s relaxed but refined, artful but grounded, and centered entirely around your story — I would be so honored to be a part of it.

My Approach

At the heart of my approach is something I like to call laid-back luxury — the balance of elevated, refined imagery with a warm, relaxed experience. I believe that your wedding day should feel like a celebration, not a production. That’s why I create space for natural moments to unfold while gently guiding you through portraiture that feels effortless, intentional, and beautifully true to you.

I take a hybrid approach to storytelling — blending editorial portraits with candid, documentary-style imagery to give you a gallery that feels full, emotional, and dynamic. The quiet glances. The laughter in motion. The way the light hits your veil just right. I’m always looking for those unscripted moments, the in-between magic that brings your story to life. My work is grounded in movement, natural light, and emotion — creating images that feel alive and stand the test of time.

From digital and film photography to drone coverage and fine art albums, every part of what I offer is designed to give you a seamless, elevated experience. I work best with couples who trust the process — who care deeply about the feeling of their wedding and want photos that reflect the joy, intimacy, and beauty of it all. I’m here to take care of the logistics and the little things, so you can simply be in the moment.

More than anything, I want you to feel cared for. On your wedding day, I bring a calm, happy, and confident presence that helps to ease the nerves. I’ll be there to observe and document, to coach and prompt you when necessary, and know when to step back and give you a moment to enjoy and immerse yourself in your day. Because at the end of the day, the best photos come from feeling fully yourself and fully present. And I’m here to make sure you can do exactly that.
